Imām Ja'far ibn Muhammad al-Sādiq (A.S.) said:
"One who sends 10 Salawat on the Prophet and his family, Allah and the angels send 100 Salawat upon him, and one who sends 100 salawat upon the prophet and his family, then Allah and the Angels send 1000 salawat upon him.
HOLY PROPHET (SAWA) The one who recites this Dua 1000 times in Mahe Shaban, Allah (swt) will grant him reward for 1000 years, his sins ...

Holy Quran says:
إِنَّ اللَّهَ وَمَلَائِكَتَهُ يُصَلُّونَ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا صَلُّوا عَلَيْهِ وَسَلِّمُوا تَسْلِيمًا
Allah and His angels, send blessings on the Prophet: O you who believe! send blessings on him and salute him, with all respect. (Al-Ahzab: 56
ALLAH HUMMA SALLEY ALAA MOHAMMAD
WA AALEY MOHAMMAD WA AJJIL FARAJAHUM , WA AHLEK ADOVVOHUM
MINAL JINN WAL INS,
MINAL AWWALEENA WAL AKHEREEN.
