Eid 'ul Fitr, Tomorrow

Eid'ul Fitr will be celebrated tomorrow as it is 1st of the month of Shawwal.
Fitrah amount for tomorrow is Rs.78.00 as per used by an average resident of Mumbai or equivalent of 3kgs of wheat grains one uses at home.
The Rulings according to the Fatawa of Ayatullah Al-Udhma Seyyid Ali Al-Husaini Seestani, Dama Dhilluhu
1) Payment of Fitra becomes Wajib (obligatory) after sunset on the eve of Eid'ul Fitr on a person who is:  
  •   Baligh (attained puberty),
  •   Aqil (sane),
  •   And is not needy, not indigent
  •   Not unconscious  
for all dependants wherever and whoever they are irrespective of age & belief.

Fitrah on the Night of 1st Shawwal

According to the Shariah, Fitra becomes incumbent when the new moon of Shawwal is sighted. This is known as Zakat of Fitra, which is payable by every Baligh person for oneself and all dependents, temporary or otherwise, regardless of gender and age. It is also Mustahab to pay Fitra for an unborn child. Fitra to be distributed to the needy, first locally and then abroad.
As per law 1999 of Ayatullah Seestani’s ‘Islamic laws’: “At the time of sunset on Eid ul Fitr, whoever is adult and sane and is neither unconscious, nor poor, or the slave of another, he should give, on his own behalf as well as on behalf of all those who are his dependents, about three kilos per head of wheat or barley or dates or raisins or rice of millet etc. It is also sufficient if he pays the price of one of these items in case
