Marhum Saqib Rizvi

No one imagined that at the young age of 38 years Saqib Rizvi will be reffered as Marhum. He was youngest of the two sons of Dr. Sayyed Akhtar Hasan Rizvi (Rizvi Builders). Suffering since 3 years he put up a  brave face to fight for his life, but, he lost to death. None in the history of mankind has defeated death, but, could only delay this inevitable.
Saqib, the trustee of number of educational trusts was very humble, soft spoken and ever smiling youth. He respected his elders and laughed with the young ones. He lived in his own world. When he migrated to the next world he left his family and friends sobbing. He was finally laid to rest at Rehmatabad, Magaon, Bombay on Saturday night after the Maghrabayn Namaaz. Last night, the graveyard had so many people to say good-bye to Saqib that the administrator had to say that he had witnessed so many people attending a burial in Rehmatabad after a very long time. The Majlis before Namaaz of Janaaza was recited by Hujjatul Islam Maulana Sayyed Hasnain Kararvi, followed by Namaaz of Janaaza and Talqeen at the grave.
May Allah the Almighty showers His mercy upon Saqib Rizvi marhum.

I am shocked with the news when an Estate Agent also a Friend told me about Saqib Rizvi today.

The article is correct, Saqib was a soft spoken and a lovable person. He was a good friend and we hung around together every evening at Carter Road with a few friends during our college days and kept in touch via phone till a few month ago.

My heartfelt condolences to his family and Abis Rizvi his Elder Brother & Close friends.
